Guests receive a room key, which requires the registration of the guest(s) living in the room. Registration means filling out the registration form accurately and verifying the guest’s identity. The presentation of the identity document is a contractual condition considered essential for the hotel. In the case of stateless persons and non-European Union citizens, the presentation and handing over of the stateless identity card or passport is mandatory by law. In pre- and post-season, the rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. In high season, the rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. In all cases, late arrivals must be arranged with the hotel reception at +36-70-676-4444 or via e-mail at info@annavillahotel.hu.

On the day of departure, the guest(s) must leave the room with their luggage and belongings by 10 a.m. and return the key received at check-in at the reception. If the key is lost, the guest must pay an additional fee of HUF 10,000.
In case of departure without payment, in addition to the police report, the hotel enforces its claim against the guest through legal means, the costs of which are borne by the guest.

Early check-in and late check-out are only possible subject to capacity, by prior arrangement with the hotel – no later than 24 hours before arrival or departure.
The early check-in fee is HUF 10,000/room, the late check-out fee is HUF 5,000/room/hour. In case of late check-out, the guest must leave the room no later than 4 p.m.

In pre- and post-season, the reception is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. During the high season, colleagues are available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. During the high season, we provide night porter service for our guests from 8 p.m. Out of the high season period (between 30 June and 31 August), the hotel employee on call may only be available by phone, who can only be notified in acute cases. The employee on duty only comes to the hotel area if the problem that has arisen requires personal presence. In case of emergency, life-threatening or accident, the emergency telephone number must be called. The free emergency number is 112.

The price of the room includes breakfast and dinner, which we serve to our guests in buffet form, which means that the guest serves himself from the food and drink selection in the restaurant. The hotel offers unlimited food consumption from the buffet table, but neither food nor drinks can be taken out for later consumption. If the guest takes food and/or drinks out of the breakfast room for later consumption without the hotel’s prior permission, the hotel is entitled to charge 50% of the breakfast price/person/occasion to the guest’s account.
Our restaurant employee only serves drinks ordered from the hotel bar.

We respectfully ask our dear guests to visit the restaurant in appropriate clothing.

Our external guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet for HUF 2,900/person.

Breakfast: Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Dinner: Between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

The bar is open from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Drunk guests are not served in the bar.

The minibar can only contain products supplied by the hotel. The minibar cannot be used to cool or store the guest’s belongings. Products in the minibar are available for a fee. The current price list can be found in the room.

In pre- and post-season, the wellness area can be visited between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. During the high season, we welcome those who wish to take a bath with extended opening hours between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. The outdoor pool is open from 1 July to 1 September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is forbidden to enter the wellness area wearing street shoes and clothing, with the exception of hotel employees. Bringing drinks purchased in the hotel bar into the wellness area, especially the pool area, is prohibited and dangerous. Jumping into the pool is prohibited and dangerous. The hotel is not responsible for possible personal injuries. After check-out, the wellness can be visited for an additional fee, the fee of which is: HUF 1,000/person/each hour started. For non-staying guests, the price of the service is HUF 1,000/person/every started hour.

Pets can be accommodated in our hotel. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets per room for an extra charge, which is: under 10 kg: HUF 4,500/pet/night over 10 kg: HUF 6,000/pet/night.
If the animal causes damage in any area of the hotel, the owner of the animal is obliged to compensate it. If the animal defecates in the room or in the common areas, the hotel charges an additional cleaning fee of HUF 10,000/occasion.
Pets can be brought into the hotel’s restaurant, as long as they do not disturb other guests. Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s wellness area. For hygiene reasons, pets may not climb on, sleep in, or use the furniture in the room.
Walking dogs in the hotel’s garden – especially the grassy areas – is not allowed.

Only guests registered at the reception can stay in the hotel’s rooms. The guest is responsible for the behavior of his visitor, including possible damage. The hotel excludes liability for damage caused by the visitor to the guest and/or third parties. The hotel charges a surcharge for guests who exceed the number of guests in the room reservation.

A child under the age of 14 can only stay in the room under the continuous supervision of a parent or another person authorized by the parent. The child’s attendants are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by the child. Guests under the age of 14 can use the hotel’s services, especially the wellness area and the outdoor pool, only when accompanied by a parent or other competent person authorized by the parent. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol at the area of the hotel or at events. The parent of a person under the age of 18, or a competent person authorized by him, must ensure compliance with this obligation. The parent or the person authorized by him/her is fully responsible for the legal, moral and financial consequences of breaching this obligation.

The guest is obliged to use the hotel’s tools and equipment as intended. The guest must compensate the damage resulting from improper use upon the hotel’s invitation, but at the latest before departure. The hotel’s furnishing and equipment can only be taken out of the hotel area with the prior written permission of the hotel. Any rearrangement of the hotel room or relocation of furniture may only be carried out by the hotel’s staff or its appointed representative. Taking hotel property without the prior written permission of the hotel is forbidden, in which case the hotel will take the necessary criminal and civil legal action. The guest is obliged to notify the hotel of the damage of all the hotel’s equipment and furnishing. The guest is not entitled to correct the mistale himself or to attempt to correct it. The hotel shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

The hotel has a Wi-Fi system, the use of which is free of charge. Wi-fi password: balatonfoldvar. The hotel does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of Wi-Fi. The hotel is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the guest’s device or its contents during or as a result of using Wi-Fi. The guest uses the service at his own risk and responsibility.

The hotel operates a closed-circuit camera system in the building and its external (street) and internal (courtyard) environment for the property and personal safety of the guests and the hotel, which continuously records 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire, the guest must follow the escape route posted in the room and call the fire department, 105 or 112. Fire extinguishers can be found on the corridors of the hotel on each floor. In the event of a fire, the guest must notify the reception immediately. In the hotel room, it is forbidden to operate an iron, coffee machine and other electrical devices that are not part of the usual travel needs – this does not include laptops, notebooks, tablets, cameras, video cameras. The hotel prohibits the entry of the following items: items classified as corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances in current legislation, substances classified as flammable and/or explosive in current legislation, food, drinks (including alcoholic beverages) not bought in the hotel, otherwise expensive, high-value valuables, museum objects, fireworks, firecrackers, their parts and components, waste, things harmful to the environment and health, psychotropic substances.

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. According to this, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the hotel’s closed rooms (including guest rooms), public areas, and the entire open area of the hotel – with the exception of designated smoking areas. Hotel employees have the right to warn guests and any other person staying on the hotel premises to comply with this regulation and to stop smoking and smoking electronic cigarettes. The guest or any person staying in the hotel area is obliged to comply with the regulation and to comply with any notice. If, due to the illegal behavior of any guest or other person staying on the hotel premises, the hotel is fined by the competent authority based on the relevant legislation, the hotel is entitled to pass on the amount of the fine to the person who demonstrated the illegal behavior, or to demand its payment.

The hotel has three communal terraces for its guests. Everyone can stay on the communal terraces at their own risk, and the hotel is not responsible for objects and valuables left there. Drying clothes is not allowed on the communal terraces, for this purpose our guests can use the dryers located in the rooms.

Hotel guests can park their cars in the hotel’s uncovered and closed parking lot. Before check-in, the earliest time to park the car is 12 o’clock, after check-out the parking lot must be left until 12 o’clock at the latest.
One car can occupy one parking space.
The hotel’s parking lot can be used for a charge of HUF 2,000/day for non-hotel guests depending on availability.
In the parking lot, you must drive according to the regulations of the KRESZ. The permitted speed of vehicles is max. 5 km/h. If the guest wishes to book a parking space, the registration number of the vehicle must be indicated on the registration form upon check-in. In case of refusal or failure to do so, the parking lot cannot be used. The guest is directly liable to the injured party for damage to the car parked by another person.

The hotel employees clean the rooms continuously starting from 9 a.m. each day. The guest by hanging a “Do not disturb” warning sign on the outside handle of the room door, clearly indicates that hotel staff should not disturb, knock or enter the room. The guest places the “Do not disturb” warning sign on the outside handle of the entrance door at his own risk and responsibility. If on the day of the guest’s departure, the hotel’s staff see the door handle of the guest’s room with the message “Do not disturb!”, the hotel staff can enter the room at any time after 10 a.m. In an extraordinary situation (e.g. fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without prior warning, or when the hotel reasonably assumes, based on the information available, that the guest’s life, health, physical state, possession is or may be in danger in the room, the hotel’s employees are entitled to enter the room. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of the “Do not disturb” warning sign.

The hotel rooms are being cleaned once a day, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. If, during this period, a “Do not disturb” warning sign is found on the door, the cleaning of the room will not be carried out, therefore the guest cannot claim a fee reduction or compensation. If you need extra cleaning, please let the reception know!

Bed linen is changed every 3 days in order to portect our environment and preserve its long-term sustainability. If you need a daily bed linen change, please contact the reception.

Towels are changed every 3 days in order to protect our environment and preserve its long-term sustainability. If you need a daily towel change, please contact the reception.

In our hotel, we can provide a bathrobe for a deposit at the reception, the deposit fee is HUF 5,000/robe. It is strictly forbidden to take the robes to the outdoor pool, to the sunbeds and to the shore of Lake Balaton. In case of damage, loss or non-return of the robe, we cannot return the deposit. We provide a robe change for our guests every 3 days.

The hotel does not undertake laundry, ironing or dry-cleaning. According to the hotel’s fire safety regulations, ironing is prohibited in the room.

For the peace of the guests, after 10 p.m. – except in the case of an event or program organized or authorized by the hotel – loud music, noisy activities, sound effects, disturbing television, radio, etc. in the room are prohibited. In the hotel area, regardless of the time, any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of others is prohibited; is or may be considered harassment, capable of intimidating others. The hotel employee is entitled to warn the disruptive and/or loud guest. The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warnings, the hotel charges HUF 5,000 each to the room account of the warned guest. After the third warning, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract unilaterally, with immediate effect, and to immediately expel the guest from the hotel without any obligation to repay and/or compensate. The hotel excludes its responsibility for any damage caused to other guests by the guest’s behavior.

Found items can be handed in at the reception, where they will be registered. The hotel destroys food, food-type articles and medicines. The hotel keeps the items that can be stored for 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found object comes forward, he can take over the object by presenting and signing a document proving his identity, as well as in return for reimbursement of the costs incurred in keeping it. Items that cannot be kept by the hotel due to their size, weight or other characteristics, the hotel will immediately hand over to the regionally competent clerk.

In the case of an infectious disease of the guest, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the guest is obliged to leave the hotel with his luggage at his own expense within the time limit specified in the hotel’s notice of termination. In the case of an infectious disease, the hotel is subject to the 18/1998 (VI. 3.) NM is obliged to act in accordance with the decree. (This regulation prescribes what should be done in the case of an infectious disease. According to the regulation, if such a suspicion exists, the hotel will call a doctor and he will determine whether the guest is infectious or not.)

Please place your valuables in the central safe. We are only responsible for the items placed here. Placement in a central safe can be requested from the reception staff between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The hotel keeps a record of the returned valuables.

The hotel provides information about the guest’s current, past and future stay at the hotel to third parties, including the guest’s close relatives, only based on the guest’s prior written permission. This prohibition of information does not apply to inquiries based on the law.
The guest underestands that, based on the provisions of the law, the hotel is obliged to provide the requesting authority with the guest’s personal data requested in the request, if the legal conditions are met. The hotel cannot object to the provision of data based on legislation, official or court decisions.
